Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist eager to leverage your expertise in a vibrant and supportive environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to contribute your strong work ethic to our Rehabilitation Services division.
An Occupational Therapist in this role is accountable for the evaluation, treatment, education, and management of patients in need of Occupational Therapy. This includes active participation in therapy sessions, quality assessments, and ongoing professional development across inpatient, outpatient, and continuing care environments.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift - 08:00 to 16:00
Compensation: The updated wage is: $52.95/hour
About the Facility
The hospital is a 50-bed facility providing comprehensive services, including inpatient care, emergency services, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, surgical procedures, obstetrics & gynecology, medical imaging, and cancer treatment. It serves as the orthopedic and trauma center for the northeastern region.

Qualifications Required
- Graduation from an accredited Canadian Occupational Therapy program or meeting the registration criteria with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Possession of a current license with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are members of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
Skills and Competencies
- Physical capability to fulfill the responsibilities associated with the position.
- Sound professional judgment and initiative grounded in education and experience in Occupational Therapy.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and perform work accurately.
