Position Overview

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services at Domino's Pizza. This position involves overseeing staff and managing food preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Estimation: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
  • Order Preparation: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for the team.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
