Culinary Operations Supervisor

The role of the Food Service Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. This position involves overseeing food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
This position is available at various locations, providing a dynamic work setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Prepare budget plans and cost projections for food services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit operational reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This role involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work Conditions- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is necessary.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk as needed.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
