Key Responsibilities
- This role necessitates collaboration across multiple departments to weave Indigenization, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility principles into all operational facets of the organization.
- The Manager will engage closely with senior management, faculty, staff, and student organizations to cultivate a culture of inclusivity that fosters respect and engagement.
- As a primary liaison, the Manager will partner with various programs, departments, and leaders to promote, advise, and support inclusive practices.
- The Manager will contribute actively to the overarching vision, mission, and objectives of CICan, aligning with the aspirations and requirements of learners.
- By maintaining a professional demeanor, the Manager will foster a positive workplace environment, demonstrating mutual respect in all interactions with students and colleagues.
