Key Responsibilities

  1. This role necessitates collaboration across multiple departments to weave Indigenization, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility principles into all operational facets of the organization.
  2. The Manager will engage closely with senior management, faculty, staff, and student organizations to cultivate a culture of inclusivity that fosters respect and engagement.
  3. As a primary liaison, the Manager will partner with various programs, departments, and leaders to promote, advise, and support inclusive practices.
  4. The Manager will contribute actively to the overarching vision, mission, and objectives of CICan, aligning with the aspirations and requirements of learners.
  5. By maintaining a professional demeanor, the Manager will foster a positive workplace environment, demonstrating mutual respect in all interactions with students and colleagues.
