The College of New Caledonia (CNC) is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Manager, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the college community.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, faculty, staff, and student groups to create an inclusive culture that promotes mutual respect and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and students on diversity, equity, and inclusion-related matters.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote awareness and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and report on diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics to inform college-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
