Manager, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Specialist

The College of New Caledonia (CNC) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Manager, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of college operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, faculty, staff, and student groups to foster an inclusive culture that promotes mutual respect and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to programs, departments, and leaders across the organization to advance inclusive behavior.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and report on diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics to inform organizational decision-making.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as diversity and inclusion, education, or social justice.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
