Key Responsibilities
- This role necessitates collaboration across multiple departments within the organization to embed principles of Indigenization, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility into all operational facets.
- The Manager will engage closely with senior management, faculty, staff, and student organizations to cultivate an inclusive culture that fosters respect and active participation.
- The Manager will serve as a primary liaison with various programs, departments, and leadership teams, partnering to promote, advise, and advocate for inclusive practices.
- The Manager will contribute to a team dedicated to achieving the vision, mission, and objectives of the organization while supporting the aspirations and needs of learners.
- The Manager will foster a positive workplace environment by engaging and communicating professionally, demonstrating mutual respect with colleagues and students.
