Position OverviewReporting to the Vice President of Indigenization (VPI), the Manager of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) will oversee the execution of the College's EDIB, accessibility, and Indigenization objectives. This role is crucial in supporting CNC's commitment to fostering a safe and diverse learning environment and workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with various departments to integrate Indigenization, EDIB, and accessibility principles into all college operations.
- Work closely with senior leadership, faculty, staff, and student groups to cultivate an inclusive culture that encourages mutual respect and engagement.
- Act as a primary contact for programs, departments, and leaders across the organization, partnering to promote, advise, and champion inclusive practices.
- Contribute actively to achieving the vision, mission, and goals of the College while supporting the aspirations and needs of learners.
- Foster a positive work environment by communicating professionally and demonstrating mutual respect with students and colleagues.
