Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, faculty, staff, and student groups to foster an inclusive culture that promotes mutual respect and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and students on diversity, equity, and inclusion-related matters.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and analyze diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics to inform organizational decisions.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as diversity and inclusion, education, or social work.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in an educational setting.
