About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Milton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement menus, manage kitchen inventory, and oversee food preparation and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and servers, to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
