Fund Administration is our core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the most respected in the industry. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, leveraging our expertise and resources to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a professional accounting designation.
  • 6-7 years of experience in Financial Services, with a proven track record in financial markets and hedge fund accounting.
  • 2 years of experience in managing a team, building and retaining organizational talent.
  • Superior client relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of business and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to generate new client relationships and build networks.
  • An analytical mindset to assess quality and risks.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • You will provide training and supervision to Managers and Supervisors on your team.
  • Partner with the Senior Vice President, acting as the primary contact with clients, including investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers, auditors, and other fund participants.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain targets related to staffing, operational deliverables, overtime budgeting, and productivity.
  • Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with auditors, fund participants, and advisers to manage their queries and concerns, ensuring relevant information is provided appropriately.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to secure new business, offering our products and services in partnership with the Senior Vice President and Executive Management team, facilitating presentations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Participate in and lead projects defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
