About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of real asset funds and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting: Review and prepare financial statements, including cash and position reconciliations, expense accruals, and dividend and interest accruals.
  • Operations: Manage client relationships, including quarterly meetings and annual budget preparation. Ensure adherence to internal and external audit standards and coordinate the external audit process.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing feedback and coaching to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • Experience: 7+ years of public or private accounting experience, with 5+ years in real estate and/or private equity.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in GAAP and IFRS, fair value reporting, and real estate and private equity fund accounting.
