QualificationsApplicants should possess:
- A secondary school graduation certificate
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Access software, MS Office suite, and Google Suite
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Organizing and coordinating events such as seminars and conferences
- Establishing office procedures and routines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing incoming communications and directing them appropriately
- Compiling and analyzing data and statistics
- Responding to inquiries from employees
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Arranging travel itineraries and reservations
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts
- Managing both manual and electronic filing systems
- Proofreading documents and correspondence
- Collaborating with the marketing department to convey messages effectively
- Maintaining a digital database
- Assisting with documentation for leadership and staff
- Issuing donation receipts and maintaining records
