Reception Duties:

- Handle incoming mail efficiently and distribute it promptly.

- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to keep essential documents and resources updated.
Financial Management:
- Oversee petty cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely processing for payment.
- Complete necessary accounting documentation and submit it to financial services.
Client Engagement:
- Provide emotional and social support to clients as needed.

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
