Key ResponsibilitiesThe Office Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Organizing and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Documenting and preparing minutes for meetings and conferences.
- Establishing and maintaining office procedures and routines.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently.
- Managing telephone communications and relaying messages appropriately.
- Compiling data, statistics, and relevant information for reports.
- Ordering office supplies and overseeing inventory management.
- Arranging travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Handling incoming mail and coordinating the flow of information.
- Setting up and maintaining both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Typing and proofreading various documents and correspondence.
The role requires the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A collaborative mindset and being a team player are essential qualities for success in this position.
QualificationsApplicants should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
