Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team at LEADON STAFFING INC.. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Managing appointment schedules and confirmations.
  • Handling incoming calls and relaying messages efficiently.
  • Responding to electronic inquiries and addressing employee concerns.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Arranging travel itineraries and making necessary reservations.
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate contacts.
  • Distributing incoming mail and managing information flow.
  • Setting up and maintaining both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining a digital database and performing basic bookkeeping.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Experience ranging from less than 7 months to 1 year in a similar role.
