Key Responsibilities

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include:

  • Organizing and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Managing appointment schedules and confirming meetings.
  • Handling incoming calls and relaying messages effectively.
  • Responding to electronic inquiries and addressing employee concerns.
  • Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Arranging travel plans and creating itineraries.
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and managing information flow.
  • Establishing and maintaining both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Performing data entry tasks and providing excellent customer service.
  • Overseeing the management of digital databases and basic bookkeeping duties.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role

Work Environment

The position may involve a large workload, requiring the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
