Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include:
- Organizing and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Managing appointment schedules and confirming meetings.
- Handling incoming calls and relaying messages effectively.
- Responding to electronic inquiries and addressing employee concerns.
- Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Arranging travel plans and creating itineraries.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and managing information flow.
- Establishing and maintaining both manual and digital filing systems.
- Performing data entry tasks and providing excellent customer service.
- Overseeing the management of digital databases and basic bookkeeping duties.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
The position may involve a large workload, requiring the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Personal AttributesThe ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
