Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2640332 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving growth through exceptional customer service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation
- Conduct performance reviews to assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Planning
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise a team of 1 to 15 people, depending on the restaurant's size and needs.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage administrative tasks and reports.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them integrate into the workforce.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth to help them develop their skills and career.
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote reconciliation and economic growth.
