Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess the financial health of the restaurant and identify areas for improvement.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability
- Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
