About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2539766 Ontario Inc. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 5-10 staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You will be expected to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and reliability.
