Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2640332 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and up-to-date to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete financial reports, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant maintains a safe working environment for all staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working closely with the management team to implement new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • English language required.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
