About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's finances, including payroll, inventory, and supplies.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong financial management skills and attention to detail.
