Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory is properly managed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards and that our restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced restaurant environment, where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Suitability: You must be a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
