Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment, fast-paced and dynamic.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and quality food. As a Shift Manager, you will be working in a team environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
Language and Work TermEnglish is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we are seeking a Shift Manager who is fluent in English. The work term is permanent, with a 35-hour workweek.
