Position Overview

The role of the Secretary-Clerk at North American Produce Sales involves providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and workflows
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Manage telephone communications and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
  • Draft and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Working Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
