Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate calendars for the Executive team, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel arrangements for the Executive team, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Email Correspondence: Respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Executive team.

Requirements:

  • Coordinating Events: Experience in coordinating events, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Handle Travel Arrangements: Ability to book travel arrangements for the Executive team, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Calendar Management: Experience in managing and coordinating calendars for senior-level executives.
  • Administrative Assistance: Ability to provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
