Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including word processing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, prepare and make bank deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements
  • Education: Completion of Grade 12, including standard commercial and keyboarding courses.
