Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone.
- Identify and address all customer questions and concerns.
- Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers' requests.
- Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience.
- Work closely with the Project Support Team.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Associate Degree/College Degree preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual French/English is a must.
- Ability to work between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong conversational skills.
- Ability to work independently yet be a team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work successfully in a call center environment.
