About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Identify and address all customer questions and concerns.
  • Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers' requests.
  • Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience.
  • Work closely with the Project Support Team.
Requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associate Degree/College Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual French/English is a must.
  • Ability to work between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong conversational skills.
  • Ability to work independently yet be a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work successfully in a call center environment.
