About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lucky Thai Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff
    • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and quality
    • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
    • Order and receive supplies as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and a high-quality dining experience
    • Respond to customer complaints and feedback
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
