About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2477668 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control protocols to ensure that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control kitchen costs to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
