We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at ARMS PUB. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Chef ManagementSupervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Inventory ManagementManage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
Work SettingRestaurant environment with a focus on urban area settings
Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and physical stamina
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management skills
