We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Bombay Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Team LeadershipSupervise and train our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
Food Quality and SafetyEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Inventory ManagementManage our kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Cost ControlMonitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior chef role
LanguageFluent in English
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with attention to detail required
