Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
