We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at jjj foods ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Chef ManagementLead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.
Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Kitchen Maintenance and OrganizationMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Personal QualitiesFlexibility, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
