About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control protocols to ensure that our menu items meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that they are working together effectively to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
