Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at We Care Rehab Clinic.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating patient information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain confidentiality
  • Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Train staff in procedures and software
  • Complete insurance and claim forms
  • Maintain filing systems and order supplies
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service
Requirements
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook
  • Area of work experience in contracts, correspondence, invoices, reports, and records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Organized and team player with a strong work ethic
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working on-site at our clinic. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail.
