ASI Group Ltd. is looking for an **Office Coordinator** for their corporate office in Stoney Creek, ON. We are seeking someone who is self-directed, has excellent problem-solving skills and can work alongside the corporate and operations team with a high level of proficiency and professionalism.

The Office Coordinator will oversee all office communications and will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. The incumbent will work closely with other administrative staff and the corporate team.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
- Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field (office administration, business administration)
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a related role
- Experience with flowcharts, graphs, technical documentation and scheduling
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficient in compiling and preparing excellent quality documents and presentations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document comprehensive project notes and records
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work in a team setting
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office 365 (SharePoint), Adobe (Acrobat DC, Creative Cloud,) Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with CorelDraw considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Holds and maintains a valid driver’s license

**This position is an on-site position based out of ASI Group’s corporate office in Stoney Creek, ON.**

Hours of Work and Travel Expectations

Scheduled hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday; may be expected to arrive early or stay later as needed plus occasional errands within the Stoney Creek area.
