Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, client information, and office documents
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
* Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
Requirements:
