Business Development Representative and Marketing Associate

Deepchill Solutions Inc. is a growing company introducing our game-changing technology to various industry verticals (Protein, Bakeries, Process Cooling and Ice Pigging). We make equipment that primarily gets food colder-faster so it stays fresher-longer. Just like how milk sitting in the sun will spoil in hours, whereas milk in the fridge will last many days, our technology can extend the shelf life of protein and produce products by 100% or more.

Business Development
- Duties and responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation (this is where 80% of your time should be focused)
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact with key decision-makers
- Understand client’s pain points and recommend the appropriate solution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Marketing
- Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the organization’s social media channels (2 posts per week)
- Under the supervision of The Director of Sales, design and deliver monthly newsletters and occasional podcasts and/or webinars
- Monitor and report campaign performance and make actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for tradeshows and conferences (approximately 6 per year)
- Book travel and accommodation as well as attend events in various locations including the United States
- Drive visits to the website

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
