**Positions Summary**:
Provides secretarial and administrative support for Adult and Continuing Education programs. Compiles, creates and maintains confidential and statistical reports and documents. Responsible for coordinating monetary transactions as directed by the Supervisor of Continuing Education and School Business.

**Key Work Activities**:
Data entry, schedule and compile all site data such as student registrations, class building and class registers.

Provides secretarial support to lead teacher and staff.
