**Accounting/Administration Position**

**We are hiring for our three locations across the country. They are as follows**:
**5 Sawlers Road, Waverley, Nova Scotia, B2R 1G7**

**70 Todd Road, Georgetown, Ontario, L7G 4R7**

**5001 40th Ave, Wetaskiwin, Alberta, T9A 2B9**

Will be a member of a company’s accounting department, reporting to the Senior Manager, responsible for assisting with both clerical and administrative tasks. In general, takes care of basic office tasks that involve reporting, bookkeeping, research, as well as the resolution of discrepancies related to any of the tasks he or she performs.

Specific Tasks may include:

- Assist with Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables duties
- Reconcile accounts and invoicing
- Track and report on pertinent dates and upcoming deadlines
- Maintain open communication with landlords
- Administrative duties, such as filing and record keeping

Skills required:

- Must be attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and be professional and courteous when working with others.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills
- A complete or comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and procedures
- Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
- Strong people skills - a polite and professional demeanor when working with other companies and landlords, as well as coworkers
- Willingness to learn expand.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
