School and Fundraising Sales Administrator

**About us**
Terra Cotta Cookie Co. is looking for an School and Fundraising Sales Administrator to join our team. We are professional office that works closely together. The hours of this position will be 12-5 Monday
- Friday. (Hours can vary depending on the needs of the business.)
**Responsibilities**
- Build websites for all registered fundraisers
- Send halfway and final reports to fundraisers
- Assist with outlet store counter sales
- school pickups
- Assist the order desk with sales order invoices
- Maintain CRM
- Maintenance and ordering supplies for Kiaro label printer
- Answer phone calls and return all messages promptly and professionally
- Verify and assist with daily order picks
- Duties as otherwise assigned
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent Communication Skills and multitasking
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Pleasant phone and in-person demeanor when processing orders
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 25 per week
