Office Administrator

**Job Requirements**
- University or College degree in Business Administration, or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
- 2 years of direct work experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity.
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures involving procurement, budget management, reports, etc.
- Superior typing skills
- Able to write and format moderately complex correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
- Resourcefulness and flexibility.
- Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information; knowledge of applicable data privacy laws.
- General mathematical and budgeting skills.
Job Duties Include:
- ** Timekeeping**:
- Entering work schedules, Vacation planning, Reviewing absences and lates.
- ** Document management** - Collect, sort and maintain: invoices, employee documents, training documents, policy & SOP acknowledgments and other applicable paperwork.
- ** Supporting Managerial and Supervisor Staff**:
- ** Training and Retraining -** Facilitate scheduling of training, meet deadlines and ensure everything is documented
- ** Ordering for Department and Office Supplies
