**Job Title: Construction Administrative Assistant**

The Construction Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of facility equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include:

- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Maintain a comprehensive schedule for facility equipment and related requirements. Coordinate training sessions for new hires on facility issues, established procedures, and equipment usage.
- **Estimates & Reporting**: Prepare work estimates and complete related reports to support facility management.
- **Communication & Compliance**: Liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with facility standards and effectively resolve conflicts.
- **Meeting Participation**: Attend meetings, conferences, and hearings related to facility issues, new construction projects, and renovations. Contribute to discussions on equipment needs and space utilization.
- Helping company employees with internal and external research projects
- Performing basic data entry as required
- Handling and assisting with document distribution and other administrative projects and responsibilities

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and equipment management is preferred.
