Business Development Manager

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE MANAGER - FULL TIME**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to expand our customer base.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
- Ensure the business development center operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business development goals with overall company objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance and key metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and Proficient in handling phone inquiries
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
