Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NEXTREME CONSULTANCY INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management and employment agency services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures
  • Direct and Advise Staff in the Development and Implementation of Service Quality Assessment Strategies
  • Plan, Administer and Control Budgets for Client Projects, Contracts, Equipment and Supplies
  • Plan, Develop and Organize the Policies and Procedures of Establishments
  • Leading/Instructing Groups
  • Provide Customer Service
  • Monitor and Evaluate
  • Assign, Co-ordinate and Review Projects and Programs
Supervision

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people.

Area of Specialization

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment agency services and human resource management.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
