Receptionist/showroom Assistant

Part-time position.

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Help guests and assure they are taken care of in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize showroom and entrance area
- Guide customers through showroom and products
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom
- Answer Phone calls and assist callers or redirect
- Manage samples and other marketing tools
- Assist sales team with updating customer information, etc.
- Complete all other assigned duties

**Physical Demands**:

- Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.
- Position will require lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

- Knowledge and Skills_
- Self-motivated and displays initiative, has an attitude of service
- Resourceful and can solve problems or figure things out independently when needed
- Detailed and accurate in all aspects of work performed
- Takes ownership of work and the task at hand, sees opportunities for continuous improvement
- Has excellent communication and organization skills
- Pleasant, audible and friendly phone manner
- Microsoft Outlook & Word, Excel is an asset
- Education and Work Experience:_
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.5 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
