**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe and proofread documents as needed
- Coordinate projects and assist with event planning
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Legal Working Status
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. This is a full-time position with regular business hours. **Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
