**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer support and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- **Please note that this is not a remote position. **_The receptionist will be expected to work on-site at our office location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Concord, ON L4K 4J5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 4J5: Relocate before starting work (required)
