**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer and forward to the appropriate person, all incoming calls, messages, and faxes.
- Request temporary workers, coordinating with agencies according to production requirements as discussed with Supervisors.
- Maintain all temporary worker information.
- Communicate temporary worker hours to their respective agencies.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for visitors.
- Work closely with the Human Resources Department - completing assignments provided by the HR Team.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Order and maintain the inventory of all office supplies and distribute supplies as needed.
- Manage all courier shipments.
- Schedule interviews and maintain resume tracking.
- Check and track invoices that pertain to the HR Department.
- Coordinate all food and catering as needed, including coffee and tea supplies on a regular basis.
- Assisting with the organization and all aspects of company events.
- Other duties, as assigned.
**WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR**:
- 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a Receptionist or Office Administrator capacity.
- Understanding of general office procedures and protocols.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,).
- Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Capable of communicating effectively with all levels of the organization including the executive team.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Attention to customer service details (this includes employees).
